I would give Roto Clear 6 stars if that were an option. Curtis and Silas showed up on time to unclog a kitchen drain. These guys were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The quality of work was outstanding. I will be using them for all plumbing needs from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This Company could not have been better. They came to our home to fix a plumbing issue and ended up digging up the septic tank and wouldn't quit until he found the problem and fixed it or atleast had a solution!! Luckily in our case he found a way to clear the pipes but it took hours! I trust The owner himself who was at the job working like everyone else! He was sincere and helpful in so many ways! Outstanding customer service! Called after waiting 5 hrs for another company who no-showed that used a 3rd party answering service and couldn't provide an updated show time. April answered the phone right away and sent John and Silas out immediately. Repaired our damaged outdoor water pipe very quickly. They will be our FIRST call next time!

What a professional team! First, we had a kitchen sink clog. We initially called another ilocal big name company. After 3 days and 2 technicians, they tried to convince me to cut open my walls. I wasn't having it and decided to call Roto-clear. The owner was adamant that there was a simple issue and stated he could clear our sink with ease. He suggested an 830 appointment the following day and had a call into me at 0800 to ensure they would be here. Less than 10min and my line was clear. No bs. Excuses or explanation of hypothetical problems. Highly recommend this business as the owner prides himself on customer service and professional work ethics. The price was also very reasonable and considerably less than I was quoted by the previous company before they even came on scene. Thank you again for being a professional business!
