Excellent customer service and excellent work repairing a burst pipe in the house. Rotor Clear really made the difference on the   What the real meaning of taking great care of the customer. From the time the incident happened (burst pipe) in concrete slab, Rotor Clear came over, the owner sat with the client and explained step by step of the process. The first step, identifying the location in the house of where the leak was coming from was immediately completed by the Hydrascout company. Rotor Clear came in the next day, owner and daughter went over the process one more time and immediately began working on the problem, water was back on and problem fixed. I would definitely recommend Rotor Clear! Great work and outstanding customer service all around!

Was in Valp this morning, parked in front of Sarge’s but they were closed. Must have run over something in roadway because my front tire was losing pressure fast ( you could hear it) I pulled into the closest parking lot, not a 150’ away, which happened to be Roto-Clear. I wasn’t out of my van for more than a minute before Curt and another guy were there asking if I was ok then offering to change the tire for me!

What an unexpected blessing! This says alot about the character of the owner and by default the integrity of this business. Call Roto-Clear first. I’ll bet you won’t be disappointed you chose them. Thanks again, Curt!

We came home Last night to standing water in the kitchen sink -both Sides! I called Roto-Clear this morning Before 7 AM, and the owner, Curtis, answer the phone. I reported the problem, He responded that he would send somebody out immediately! No other company that I contacted offered to do that!

When John came out, he was knowledgeable, personable, and encouraging. We used the camera first to see what was going on; this showed about 60 years of sludge buildup. He use the water jet, and in less than 45 minutes, we were running c lear water through our pipes!

I will make Roto Clear my first call from now on - no question!!

my mainline to my house was clogged and my toilets wouldn’t flush, my sewer was coming up from my drains and my sinks were clogged… i called Roto-Clear and within 30 mins they were at my residence and had the clogs and stop ups unclogged and working perfect within the hour! i can’t say enough great things about John C and John W, not only did they clear the clogs but they also cleaned up afterwards!!! my experiences with plumbers and their companies was no where near as a great experience with roto clear!!! not to mention even the prices were reasonable and i recommend Roto-Clear to EVERYONE THEY ARE GREAT! you got 5 stars. from me for sure!

I needed an urgent kitchen sink repair and the guys at Roto Clear really came through.  A previous owner had done a very questionable job on the sink drain and it needed to be re-routed.  They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and did a high quality repair a few days later.  Throughout, all their empolyees were courteous, patiently explained the process and cleaned up well afterwards.  Highly recommend.

I noticed my old water heater was seeping into the drip pan.  I called Roto-Clear and spoke to Linsey and Curtis.  They knew that a leaking water heater could potential turn into a nightmare if not addressed quickly.   Luckily they were able to schedule a replacement the same day!!  That's service!  The team that arrived to do the job were friendly and professional.  They left the place exactly like they found it and the install was fast.  I received a very fair price for a professional job.  I highly recommend calling Roto-Clear for plumbing related needs.

If you want a company to go above and beyond like helping you with a serious leak affecting your ceilings at 10pm this was the only company out of 5 companies that came to assist, this will be my forever plumber!

Prompt, patient, and great communication. John and another gentleman came out and had an exterior leak fixed in less than 2 hours. Even though there was some unusual pipe routing, they were able to figure it out and made sure to let me know exactly what they did. No games or sales pitches. Thanks!

Sunday morning I realized I had a clogged drain at my home. I called a few plumbers and they could not get to me until late afternoon. I got ahold of Roto-Clear and they were able to come out before noon to take care of my issue. Erik showed up and was very professional and polite but most importantly resolved the issue. For all you boat owners guess what we have reliable and honest  boat plumber!! They came and looked at the system. And we set a time and date for them to come. They were on time, friendly and well mannered. They went right to work and found two major issues. Our line from the toilets to the tank were clogged and the line was incorrectly run. It had a sagg in the line where stuff aka poop and pee were collecting. I would HIGHLY recommend Curtis and his crew if u have a boat plumbing issue!
